Astrid Isemann narrates:
- 1918
- the glassmaker, Karl Heinz, came from Kleintettau to Munich and founded a glassworks for different glass articales such as medical.
- 1920
- Heinz's family joined him in Munich and settled in the Rottmann street. Rosa Heinz’s three brothers, Hans, George and Robert started working in the glass company as well.
- 1923
- following the great inflation, all brothers left the company. The money paid to them was financed by selling Karl Heinz’s shares on the glassworks Tettaugrund, where he was one of the founders.
- 1930
- on July 1st, 1930, my great grandmother, Rosa Heinz, took over the company and gave it her own name.
- 1948-1964
- my grandfather, Johann Enthofer, joined the company end of 1948.
- 1964
- the company moved to Milbertshofen. My mother, Karin Kißkalt, also started assisting my grandfather.
- 1976
- having finished my professional education, I started to work in the company which later in 1982 turned into a limited liability company.
- 1983
- I became the company’s manager when my mother suddenly died in 1983.
- 1985-1991
- 1985, the company was located in Lerchenau. We moved to Hörenzhausen in 1991.
- 1998-2000
- 1998, we acquired a new ground in a new industrial area. We started to build a new company facility in April 2000. We have been working in the new company since October 16, 2000. Meanwhile we have become a successful company with ten employees and two assistants.
